What do I do if I get disconnected playing on NetBet Casino? |
If you get disconnected whilst playing on NetBet Casino, contact our Customer Support team via email at support@netbet.ie, or you can speak to us on Live Chat or Email. Before contacting us, make sure the issue is not related to your internet connection or your computer/smartphone. To speed this process up, please ensure you attach a screenshot of the issue, with the date, time, and name of the game you were playing when you were disconnected. We also politely ask that you tell us the amount you bet with and the balance of your account and we will then endeavour to look into this situation as soon as possible. |
Why can I not place a bet? |
Firstly, make sure you have enough money to place your bet. In the interest of preventing gambling addiction and debt, limits can be set on your stake. If a bonus is active on your account and you have no real funds left, you may have to meet certain conditions (such as minimum odds) to place your bet. |

Why do Combo bets including Asian handicaps produce several bet slips? |
If you place a Combo bet which includes one or more Asian Handicaps, several bet slips will be automatically recorded in your betting history. This type of bet, in effect, implies that your stake has been automatically and equally distributed over several bet slips based on the number of selections. For more information about all sports, have a look at the Sport section of the Gaming & Betting area of the Help Centre. |

In some cases, an on-demand link is shown on your Bet Slip. By clicking on this link you can submit a bet with a stake higher than is authorised. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by one of our traders. Your bet will either be accepted, or our trader will offer you another amount. |
Are your casino games random? |
When playing on the NetBet Casino website, the Random Number Generator (RNG) is linked to our games, and the winnings are completely random. The sole purpose of the RNG is to ensure that gaming servers have enough random numbers for each casino game. NetBet’s main aim is to provide a safe environment for players to have fun and win at one of our many games, which are entirely governed by luck. |
How do I configure the 'Accept odds changes' feature? |
Log in to your NetBet Sport account and select the Settings icon located in the top right of the Bet Slip. Three options will then appear: - Accept all odds changes - Accept only better odds - Do not accept any The Do not accept any changes option is enabled by default. Customers will need to select the appropriate option to apply the Accept odds change option to their account. Selecting Accept all odds changes does not require the customer’s confirmation if the odds change prior to bet placement. Selecting Accept only better odds requires a confirmation from the customer prior to bet placement, if the odds change is not in their favour. Selecting Do not accept any requires a customer’s confirmation every time the odds change regardless if they increase or decrease. Once the customer has made their choice, the selected option will be highlighted and the settings screen will close with the Bet Slip once again being displayed. When there is a change in odds, customers will be notified with the following message within the Bet Slip: Odds have changed, please accept. Customers who do not wish accept the changes need to simply remove the selection from the Bet Slip by selecting the ‘X’ located in the top right of the Bet Slip. |
Can I play with my real or bonus balance first? |
